This title is devoted to organizational and management theory and is an important journal that advances conceptual development in a wide range of management fields. Articles written on organizational and management practice or reports on empirical investigations are published in the Academy of Management Journal. Each issue presents seven to ten articles that aim to promulgate new theories or improve current thinking on a subject.
Business horizons (Periodicals Room): These short, scholarly articles are written to appeal to a diverse audience. A broad range of current topics relate to various aspects of growing, developing, managing, and working within a business, including discussions of business situations, accounting and finance, maanagement, marketing, small business, organizational dynamics, and more in every issue.
