A Celebration of Paulann Petersen, Oregon Poet Laureate
Honor the words and deeds of Paulann Petersen, Oregon's newest poet laureate. This event features guest speakers, a Flash Choir performance of the poetry of Paulann Petersen with music by Sarah Dougher, and a very special reading by Paulann Petersen. A reception will follow.
Sunday, October 24, 2–4 p.m.
The Poet Laureate program is a collaborative project of the state’s five cultural partners: Oregon Arts Commission, Oregon Heritage Commission, Oregon Historical Society, Oregon Humanities and State Historic Preservation Office, with funding from the Oregon Cultural Trust.
Space at programs is limited. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
