Maps & Atlases

Several special collections of maps are in Humanities North room at Central Library. These include National Geographic maps, CIA maps and specialized maps for such topics as products, population and rainfall. Many of these maps are reference, but some are available for circulation.

A large atlas collection contains not only general world atlases but also atlases for individual countries and regions of the world. Maps on File, a special series consisting of outline maps suitable for photocopying, is shelved with the atlases.

Additional country atlases are available in the Children's Library.
