Search for common words
For music, common words are titles that are frequently used for compositions.
Examples: symphony, sonata, suite, variations, concerto, ballad.
Use this search to find specific pieces or titles by composers more quickly.
Example: Horn sonatas by Beethoven
Search by both author and title when you have a frequently used title.
Use more search options.
Use an asterisk* for variations: sonat* = sonate, sonata, sonatas, sonatina.
Change the search box from Any Field to Author for the composer's
name.
Limit by material type: select music scores or recordings to limit.
