Explore Multnomah County Library's educator guide
Visit many cultures and many people through the eyes of Caldecott Award winner David Diaz (Smoky Night, Wilma Unlimited).
A self-guided tour of his original picture book art, including books to read and explore, will be available to groups throughout the exhibit. All groups who take the self-guided tour will receive complimentary David Diaz buttons! To reserve a tour, call 503.988.5340 beginning August 15.
A small selection of Diaz's work will also be on display at Gregory Heights, Hollywood and Gresham libraries.

Please join us as we celebrate the exhibit of this acclaimed illustrator. A book sale and signing will follow each presentation. Portland author Carmen Bernier-Grand will also talk about her work with David Diaz on the award-winning Cesar: Si, Se puede/Yes, We Can!
