Interlibrary Loan policy change

Beginning April 15, 2006, only residents of Multnomah County, those who pay taxes on real or personal property in Multnomah County, and those who purchase a non-resident library card may use Multnomah County Library's Interlibrary Loan services. Reciprocal patrons from surrounding areas (Clackamas, Hood River and Washington counties in Oregon; the city of Camas, in Washington; Clark, Klickitat and Skamania counties, plus the city of Woodland and the Yale Precinct in Cowlitz County in Washington) are encouraged to use the Interlibrary Loan services of their home libraries. Your Multnomah County Library card will still provide reciprocal patrons with other library services, but not InterLibrary Loan.
