Get Involved
Read the book. Copies are available at all Multnomah County libraries and can be purchased at participating bookstores. The 4,500 copies of the book purchased for the project and available for borrowing from libraries are going fast. Readers are encouraged to return the books when they are finished or to pass them along to friends, family or coworkers to get them involved.
Review this site or the printed Everybody Reads project guide (also available at all libraries and participating bookstores on January 2) to learn about the book and author, get further reading and viewing recommendations, and check event listings.
Attend an Everybody Reads event. Dozens of programs are happening at libraries and throughout the community in February and March, including lectures, arts and music programs, and food tastings.
