Teachers and School Library Staff:

Use this form to share your assignments with the Multnomah County School Corps librarians. We will work with you and the librarians at your local Multnomah County Library branch to make it easier for you and your students to get the information resources you need.

What we can provide for you:

Fill out this form and we'll pull together materials for you and alert librarians at your local library about your class topic.

You must be a teacher or school library staff person in a Multnomah County school in order to use this service.

Note: We need three weeks lead time to prepare booklists.

Library Pickup:

If requested, we'll send books from a booklist we've created to your closest Multnomah County Library branch. Please remember to bring your own box, bag or crate to collect the materials at your local library.
