I liked "The Purple Reader" story best because Kenneth couldn't read as good as the other kids in his class, but then he gets better at the end. I liked when he first saw the Purple Reader in the reading corner, he said "How screwy, I thought I knew every book on this shelf."

Lucys' passion is doing makeup and she wants too be just like Laura Mercier and she also has a few ideas in mind for the pharmacy!!! I thought this was a great book for girls who love beauty.....

Scarlett is a tough character, and she doesn't try to make her life any better. I think my favorite character has to Clare, because she actually tries to make Scarlett happier.

The kittens have many adventures before finding "friendly hands" at Overhill Farm. This is an incredible book. If you read this book you will be amazed at what happens. If you like this book then please read the whole series by Ursula K. Le Guin.

Thats the marley trouble machine!

They seem to me like they could never happen, yet the authors make them seem so real that i am convinced they really are happening. The characters in these books find themselves plunging deeper and deeper into unexpected and very dangerous situations. These books are a great read and you will find yourself by the Cahills side in minutes!

Reviewed by: Haley Age: 12The books in this series are SO addicting. Once I start reading I can't stop. I really feel like I am sharing the AMAZING adventures with the characters. These books are action packed and in some parts you need to be paying really close attention in order to take in everything that is happeneing. I really like how Mull writes as if he is in the minds of the characters. Although the characters in the books may be a little more adventurous than than you might think them to be in real life, it is a feature that helps the books to be EVEN MORE exciting!
