Multnomah County Library supports and endorses Our Bill of Rights, Children and Youth. Library staff strive to work in partnership with youth and look for ways to expand youth involvement in the library.

Join a Teen Council.
Make new friends, learn new skills, help the library, and have fun. Open to teens in grades 6-12. Teen Council members also get volunteer service hours for their activities. These locations have teen councils:
