2011 Teen Author Lecture

Matt de la Peņa, noted author of the novels Ball Don't Lie, Mexican Whiteboy, We Were Here, I Will Save You, and the picture book A Nation's Hope: The Story of Boxing Legend Joe Louis, with art by Kadir Nelson.
On October 17, 2011, at 7 p.m., Matt de la Peņa presented the 2011 Teen Author Lecture at Slavic Church Emmanuel, 2025 S.E. 82nd Ave., near S.E. Division, Portland, Oregon.
