Learn about bike maintenance and bring your bicycle with you to get some hands-on experience doing basic repairs!

We'll go over the major systems on a bike, learn how to do some simple adjustments and have time to practice flat repair.

You're encouraged to bring your bike and any specific questions about issues you might have, but it's not required for attendance, though the program is first come first served.

The class emphasizes relaxation, mindfulness, and self-expression, making it an ideal seasonal activity for reducing stress and nurturing creativity. No experience is needed—just a willingness to create and connect.

Join Chelsea Hoshaw for a family-friendly yoga class! Family yoga includes songs, books, meditation, movement and emotional regulation techniques for the whole family! Child-sized mats will be supplied; families can bring their own adult mats if they would like. This class is geared toward 0-6 but siblings can come, too. Each child needs to have an adult and adults are encouraged to participate.
